Safety Precautions - Dark Wizards

Extra protection (charms, enchantments, whatever defenses/warning methods) would have been placed around each household where family lives, although I don't think they would have gone so drastic as a secret-keeper yet. Every adult would have a charm of some sort to activate/communicate with others in case of trouble, either at home or out of the house - I imagine there's a way to create these so that muggles could also activate them; perhaps it's a matter of a signal going out (for them) when two are placed together, or.. anyway, there's a way. Kids are being mainly kept in the house/yard except with appropriate escorts (not the muggle parents).

The following is the way I see the households being divided during the days; whether they want to pick one adult's house to go to every day, or alternate, or whatever. Each household has two magic adults (I'm trying to find another adult, or other extra protection, for Matthew/Theodore/Sylvie's at home kids). In the evenings/nonwork hours I imagine just the families together - two magical parents and their kids - with Paul + Stacy's families staying together, and Melinda + Gary's families staying together, to make two magic adults in each house). And adult non-married children staying at their parents houses.

Of course - this is only a draft. I've penciled Constance in as an ...she'd probably have been asked to do this.... but not a definite until I know what her response would have been! And, I've put in what Sylvie's initial suggestion for daytimes to Evan and Olivia would have been - but, again, not final until I know what their response would be.

Other question: would there have been any pull on Stacy to keep herself/her kids with the Wexlers instead?

Stacy Amelia Winters married Colin Bartholemew Wexler (born 1909) (Ravenclaw) a few months later, winter, beginning of 1931.

Gary Randolph Winters married Jillian Lacey Leicester (Ravenclaw) in May of 1931.

Melinda Elizabeth Winters is engaged to Raphael Chester Vaughan (Gryffindor), planning to be married in summer of 1932.

In March of 1928, Julie and Douglas had their third child, Benedict Augustine Wilander, followed by Eleanora Jane Wilander in October of 1929.

In September of 1929, Paul and Eleyn had twin boys, Tobias Geoffery Winters and Marcus Stephen Winters.

Sylvie gave birth to Vanessa Astra Geroff in early Dec. 1930. Middle name is after Astra Rathe.

Brandon Geroff - tentatively Ravenclaw. was a quiet baby, fairly calm and curious toddler now. shares room with James. middle name after Casey Winters, Sylv's oldest brother.

Sylv's sister, adores Sylvie. muggle-born. has more completely left muggle world behind, immersed only in wizard (except to sometimes visit muggle relatives). more distant, doesn't show affection well, does love her husband and kids though.. not /completely/ distant and will show her love as she's able, more materialistic and scornful of others. shares babysitting duties with Sylv and her household members, took care of Sylv's kids before she moved out to marry.

Douglas Wilander - Ravenclaw. mild, hard working, hard to make angry.. often mildly amused by some of Julie's antics but not likely to say so.

Theodore Wilander - tentatively Ravenclaw? Matthew's age, they grew up together and I'd assumed have gotten along well.. but that doesn't have to be the case, or can change with age

Rosemarie Wilander - tentatively Slytherin, talkative, like dolls and clothes and stereotypical girl things (but not /only/ those things).

(there's another kid now but I haven't come up with name yet. still typical baby. No big deal.
